Karen Rockman is in the Gold Room, awaiting her chance to play for $100,000 after winning $24,337 in cash and prizes the previous week, including winning the Golden Medley for her chance. Tonight's competitors are Richie, a security guard, and Joan, a dancing teacher. Melody Roulette is played, with Kathie Lee Johnson (a.k.a. Gifford) helps with Sing-a-Tune, and Bid-a-Note decides who plays the Golden Medley. In-between games, Karen Rockman selects her $100,000 tune from the safe (thank goodness the guard didn't forget the combination!) and plays for the money. Can she score it?

Valerie vs. Bob
