It's the premiere of Million Dollar Password with host, Regis Philbin. Celebrities in this show are chef Rachael Ray, and How I Met Your Mother's Neil Patrick Harris. We are introduced to our first two contestants: Josh Jacobs of Ottsville, PA, and Melanie Pera from Pleasantown, NY. Only one of them can play for $1,000,000, so Regis allows them to play the Elimination Round, which will determine who will play for the million. After that, we are introduced to Alexis Black of Kent, OH, and Eric Greenlund from Providence, RI. The winner reveals what happened to them in recent days, and they climb for $1,000,000. But, is there a word that tramples the path? Let's see how far this new rendition of Password goes!
Tonight's celebrities are Susie Essman, who claims she'd race home after school every day to catch Password, and who else to join than the reigning queen of game shows and Password legend, Betty White!
The contestants for the first half are marketing director Steve Barzoni, and photographer and bartender Nadia Wahhab. After one of them goes for the million, for the second half, we meet pharmaceutical saleswoman Karin Freeland, and interfaith minister Linda Kendrick. How far will these contestants make it to $1,000,000?
Michael brings in Amy Hallford from The Color of Money, and his game show brother in arms, Kyle Wheeler as celebrities of this recently retired Million Dollar Password, with Michael upping some incentives in the Elimination round. Contestants are Anthony Hardy and Tori Chapin. After their match and an exciting Million Dollar Round, a new game begins with Heather Gordon and Antonio Gray, one of whom will also play for the million. How did this project turn out?
